The LS1011 uses a B-8 bracket in addition to the W-1 that is used on the other models because the bottom of the LS1011 is not a solid material. Locate the position for teh installation of the W-1 and laser as discribed below. Attach the B-8 bracket to the left side of the frame so that it forms a base to attach the W-1 and laser. See the last picture on this page.

In addition to the installation instructions these steps are provided. 1. Remove the paper from the adhesive on the laser and attach the W-1 bracket to the laser.

2.Turn the saw 45 degrees to the left and pull it all the way forward.
3. The laser should be just behind the table backstop.
or about 2.75 inches from the front of the saw support. Mark this position for step 4.

4. Align and install per the installation instructions shipped with the unit.
